These are paintings and sculptures made of dust. The dust I found in the vacuum cleaners. It’s easy to talk about the beauty of the dust. All the little objects you can find in it, that tell you something about the person who gave you the vacuum cleaner bag.

I thought about making them many years ago, when I was 17, because i couldn’t stand my mother obsession with cleaning. In 1997 I wrote also a story about her. With her vacuum cleaner she wanted to clean the whole world. It ended with her being sucked by the vacuum cleaner and me trying to save her.
